Cancellation Policy

If you wish to make a booking with us we require credit card details to secure the booking with a 25% deposit, this is fully refundable if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to date of arrival. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival or no-show, a charge of 100% will apply.
When paying by Cash only, we require for the total accommodation charges to be paid on check-in, as well as a $150 bond to cover any incidentals during your stay. This bond will be refunded to you on departure less any incidentals.
We strongly recommend for all our Guests to take on Travel Insurance. Please enquire with your travel agent.

Child Policy

Children under 14yrs old:
- Room Free of Charge when staying with parents / guardians.
  Maximum 2 Adults and 2 children per Suite or Studio 
- Breakfast charged at 50%

Honeymooners receive complimentary Milk & Honey Bath Treatment.
